We reward the owners of the most liked ideas among our teammates who said "An Idea Sprung to My Mind" and shared their project suggestions.
As part of our traditional "An Idea Sprung to My Mind" project, 54 valuable ideas came from our teammates in 2022!
As a result, the owners of the 3 most creative ideas were selected, triggering the works to turn the suggestions into projects in the near future.
As part of our project, the most liked ideas were rewarded, while the people who produced the highest number of ideas were selected as "idea veterans".
In 2023, we will continue to say "An Idea Sprung to My Mind".
