Milestones

The story of the FDN Group began in 1988.
In 1989, the foundations of a giant story that started with a small showroom with Renault brand in Acıbadem were laid.
1993 Küçükyalı Renault Sales & After-Sales Plaza was put into operation.
1998 Our first rental activities started with FAZ Otomotiv.
2000 Second-hand operations started. We laid the foundations of our brand Carros.
2000 We opened our plaza in Kartal, taking firm steps towards becoming one of the best Authorized Dealers in Turkey.

2001 We became one of the first Dacia dealers in Turkey.
2002 We became Europcar Turkey Distributor. Now it's time to go global! We brought Europcar, the world's leading car rental brand, to Turkey.

2004 The first record arrived: ASF is the top-selling authorized dealer in the history of Renault Turkey!
We also became the "Top-Selling Authorized Dealer" in the Turkish automotive sector!
Success followed one after another. In 2004 and 2005, right after we became "Turkey's Top-Selling Authorized Dealer", and the merger of Renault Group with Dacia, we also topped off the Dacia Sales in Turkey!

A First In Turkey! We established the Renault Combined Plant.
2007 Our Gebze Facility became a legal entity and started to serve under the name of FAZ Otomotiv A.Ş.
2007 Turkey's first professional tuning team was established: FT Tuning
Our 2008 success did not slow down, on the contrary, it continued with even greater momentum! We expanded a little more and relocated from Kartal Renault Plaza to a bigger facility.

2009 Medos Fiat was founded! Now it's time to expand even further! We are not afraid of innovation! We are starting to work with other world giants. Medos Fiat, where we provide Fiat Sales and After Sales services and run from record to record, was established in Kartal
2009 KW, ST and LSD, which are the first brands that come to the minds of tuning enthusiasts, chose FT Tuning for Turkey.
2010 World giants started to come to Turkey with FT Tuning! KW Suspencions, one of the biggest brands of the tuning industry, came to Turkey with the assurance of FT Tuning.
2012 Vossen in Turkey! FT Tuning, which offers original Vossen guarantee for the first time in Turkey, targets those who want to add style to their vehicles.

2013 Carros Entered the Sector as an Official Company! The concept of 2nd hand vehicle sales has moved to a different dimension for the first time. We started sales with our professional team, accompanied by expertise studies.
2014 We expanded our growing operation to 500 people. We are proud and happy to provide employment for 500 people in our country.
2014 As part of our institutionalization efforts, we merged our Fiat, Ford, Renault and Dacia activities under a single brand: ASF Otomotiv A.Ş. In order to strengthen our corporate culture and to reflect ASF quality in all our brands without exception, all our brands were united under a single name. At the same time, we became one of the "5 Authorized Dealers in Turkey" serving 4 leading automotive brands. We are playing a leading role in the automotive industry! We started to serve 4 world giants at the same time. And completely in accordance with their standards…

Europcar Turkey won the "Best Developing Country Award". In 2015 and 2016, this award was an indicator of how fast our operation has grown. The service we provide to the Europcar standards has brought us step by step closer to success!
2015 Fortune 500 and Capital 500! Our success was further certified. In 2015, we first entered the Fortune 500 and then the Capital 500 with our 2014 shareholders' equity and overall turnover.
2015 Carros Pendik - We took steps to build a new organization in Pendik with the motto of "We must bring the second hand together with our customers under our own corporate assurance and guarantee!". Carros has come to be the address of reliable second-hand vehicles.

We Established the "First Renault 2 Point in Turkey"! Renault2, which sells second-hand vehicles of Renault make, was first launched within ASF Otomotiv. After successful sales, it started to be used among other Authorized Dealers.
We launched the "First Renault Professional Point in Turkey"! We started to provide service activities for the first time under the Renault Professional brand. We achieved successful results in pilot applications and made a great contribution to the creation of the brand.
After being included in the Fortune 500 and Capital 500 lists for the first time in 2015, we ranked up to 329 in the list, for a second time in 2016, gradually boosting our success chart every passing day.
In 2016, we became "Turkey's Top-Selling Dealer" with 22,077 vehicle sales and "Top Company of Turkey" with 4,568 Renault Group (Renault/Dacia) retail sales.

2017 We have been proudly carrying the title of "Turkey's Top Selling Authorized Dealer" for 14 years. With 22,077 vehicles sold, we significantly increased our share in the market.
We ranked up to 279th in the Fortune500 and Capital500 lists, from 329th place in 2016!

We became a signatory of WEPs!

We are proud to be included in the Fortune500 list in 2018 as well as the first ranks, awards and our ever-growing family.

We won Kariyer.net Respect for People Award in 2022.

We maintained our place in the Fortune 500 list of Turkey's top 500 companies this year.
Again we won the Kariyer.net Respect for People Award in 2021.

We won the 2022 Women-Friendly Brands Awareness Award and received the title of "Women-Friendly Brand".
This year, we continued our success in the Fortune 500 list for the eighth time.
We once more won the Kariyer.net Respect for People Award in 2022.
Growing with automotive investments for more than 34 years to meet the ever-increasing market potential in Turkey, FDN Group took a huge investment leap when it acquired Turkey branch of Goldcar Spain in November 2022 to increase its market share in the daily rental segment.

With ASF Sigorta, we were deemed worthy of an award by Anadolu Sigorta as the "Prestige League Agency of 2023".
We were listed in Fortune 500, the list of Turkey's 500 most powerful companies, for the 9th time in a row this year!

ASF Insurance, which provides insurance consultancy and brokerage services under the umbrella of FDN Group, was awarded the "Elite" Award by AkSigorta.
With our awareness project titled "Özgürlüğün Kanadında Kız Çocukları [Girls on the Wings of Freedom]" on October 11th, International Day of the Girls, we preserved our title as a Women-Friendly Brand and were awarded the Women-Friendly Brands 2024 Awareness Award!
Our ASF Fiat Dealer became the "2023 B MR Turkey Sales Winner"!
In the Fortune 500 Türkiye Research conducted based on 2023 data; we became one of the "500 Most Powerful Companies in Türkiye"
